Request and Scheduling
Email your request to contact@kirraleemp.com.au with your suburb, preferred day, and service needs. You receive a confirmed collection window and any preparation notes for first-time pickup.

Step 02
Collection and Intake
Garments are collected and categorized by service type. Special instructions are attached to the order so delicate handling, ironing requirements, and separation preferences are preserved through processing.

Step 03
Cleaning and Finishing
Items are processed using fabric-appropriate cycles and finishing methods. Pressing, folding, and hanger prep are completed according to item category to ensure wearable return quality.

Step 04
Delivery and Handover
Your order is returned in the confirmed timeframe, either folded or on hangers based on service type. If any item needs post-delivery clarification, support is handled through the same direct email channel.
